Kathy Spoofs Kate On Kimmel

Famed D-lister Kathy Griffin brings her shtick to Jimmy Kimmel's show tonight to spoof the tabloid train wreck known as "Jon & Kate Plus 8."

And yes, that's "Star Trek" navigator (and occasional "Howard Stern Show" announcer) George Takei in the role of cheerleader enthusiast Jon Gosselin.

Should be funny stuff, although it would be tough to top the laughs from Gosselin's interview with Chris Cuomo last night. The dude claims to have spent $22,000 on therapy, from which he apparently gleaned he should dress like a frat boy and date 22-year-olds while admitting he "despises" the mother of his eight children on national television. Nice.

Expect Kate to "strike back" any day now as the former couple's epic battle continues.
