'Lost': A gentler Ben, Jacob's bad touch and more Arzt on Instant Dharma

The end of "Lost" is hurtling towards us all and there's no time for filler when it comes to the remaining episodes.

Last night, I sat down with my friend, AOL TV's Maggie Furlong, and the extremely game celebrity DJ and "Lost" superfan Mike B. to watch the episode "Dr. Linus" and hash out our reactions for this week's dose of Instant Dharma.

A Ben-centric episode made us all happy, although opinions vary on whether or not he can ever truly change and find redemption.
