Scrubs
8 p.m., ABC
When Scrubs creator Bill Lawrence announced plans to squeeze one more season out of the already-tired doctor comedy by repopulating the show with new actors playing fresh-faced medical interns — Scrubs 2.0! — it seemed like a bad idea. Turns out it was, seeing as how nobody cared and nobody watched. Diehard Scrubs fanatics, however, will definitely want to tune in for one last glimpse, since it seems pretty unlikely ABC will give the show another season. For those who care, the finale finds the medical students of Winston University finishing up their first semester with a fresh perspective on what it means to be a doctor.
Addicted
7 p.m. & 9 p.m., TLC
Kristina Wandzilak knows addiction. A recovering addict who was living on the streets when she decided to pull her life together, Wandzilak is now one of America’s top interventionists, and this harrowing new docu-series follows her attempts to help individuals struggling with addiction, guiding them on their first painful steps on the road to recovery as they fight the odds and try to maintain their sobriety.
Human Target
8 p.m., Fox
Human Target is never going to be accused of being the most subtle, intelligent show on TV, but that doesn’t prevent it from being a true guilty pleasure, an inspired throwback to shows like Mission: Impossible, albeit with a little shaggy-dog Rockford Files vibe thrown in. In tonight’s episode, Chance meets a man from his past by the name of Baptiste, who killed someone who was very special to Chance once upon a time. Meanwhile, sexy superspy Emma Barnes (Emmanuelle Vaugier) returns with a bone to pick.
Gary Unmarried
8:30 p.m., CBS
Turns out Gary’s not as unmarried as he had thought. In the season’s final episode, the seemingly divorced dad discovers the divorce papers were never actually filed. Rather than setting this situation right — you know, like a normal person would — Gary decides to use the opportunity to steal back all the stuff his ex took from their home after the divorce.
CSI: NY
10 p.m., CTV & CBS
In this rerun, Mac and the CSIs race against time as they follow clues left behind by mastermind serial killer Haylen Becall (Jericho’s Skeet Ulrich) so they can stop him before he claims his next victim.
Ugly Betty
10:01 p.m., Citytv & ABC
Betty finds herself attracted to a hip playwright (Aaron Tveit) she’s about to profile for Mode, but lets her hormones trump her journalistic ethics by going on a date with him. Meanwhile, Wilhelmina becomes the world’s worst patient when she’s hospitalized with a perforated ulcer.
